Eggless Chocolate Brownie Recipe | Homemade Brownie Cake

Homemade Eggless Dark Chocolate Brownie Recipe with cakey texture.
Some people like fudgy brownie and some like cakey brownies. So after sharing fudgy brownies’ recipes I decided to share cakey brownie recipe this time.
Cakey brownies are light, moist and airy with slightly fluffy texture and cake like interior but fudgy brownies are moist, dense and gooey with almost texture of fudge.
Simple and quick eggless chocolate brownie recipe to try at home.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) |
½ cup Powdered Sugar |
½ cup warm Milk |
50 grams Dark Chocolate |
50 grams Butter (at room temperature) |
1 tsp Baking Powder |
½ tsp Baking Soda |
1 & ½ tsp Cocoa Powder |
½ tsp Vanilla Essence |
¼ cup Milk (at room temperature) |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, add 50 grams chopped dark chocolate and 50 grams butter. Melt both these together in microwave for 30 seconds. Mix well.
- Now add ½ cup of warm milk to it and mix all these wet ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, sieve all dry ingredients; all purpose flour (maida), powdered sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
- Combine all the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together until incorporated well. Make sure to keep the batter lump free and of smooth silky texture.
- Add vanilla essence and ¼ cup milk (at room temperature) to the batter and whisk it again. Final batter is ready.
- Grease the cake tin with butter. Line it with the parchment paper and grease it to the sides as well properly.
- Pour the mixture into the baking tray and spread evenly. Tap the tray to level it and adjust the mixture at corners and avoid any air pockets in the mixture.
- Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- To check if it perfectly baked or not. Insert a toothpick and if it comes out neatly it means brownie is perfectly baked.
- Let it cool down in the tin and once cooled, remove the brownie from the tin using a knife.
- Loosen up the sides with the help of knife and remove our brownie out of tray by inverting it.
- Cut it into desired sizes or squares, drizzle with chocolate syrup and serve it with ice cream.
