Mango Chia Pudding Recipe | Vegan and Gluten free Pudding

Summer is here and so are the mangoes. So let’s make something delicious but healthy. I’m making healthy and delicious mango chia pudding and we need just 4 ingredients to make this. You can eat this pudding at breakfast or lunch and it will keep you fuller for a longer time, curbs appetite and sugar cravings.
This chia seeds pudding recipe can be a good alternative for your unhealthy desserts and helps in weight loss. The ultimate summer recipe, comes together in no time and is completely customizable. if you guys have never made this mango chia pudding before, I suggest you to make it.
Since fruits already have sweetness so there is actually no need to add extra sweetener in this pudding, but if you still need more sweetness, you can add 2-3 tsp of Honey or Maple syrup in it as a natural sweetener. I used fresh mangoes in this recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup or 200 ml Coconut Milk (or any Non Dairy Milk) |
3 tsp Chia Seeds |
2 Cup diced Mangoes |
2-3 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, take 1 cup of coconut milk and add 3 tsp chia seeds in it and stir well.
- Soak these chia seeds overnight or at least for 2 hours. Let it sit in refrigerator.
- In a blender, take 2 cups diced mangoes and add 2-3 tsp honey or maple syrup in it. Blend it until smooth.
- Start layering a serving glass with 2 tsp of soaked chia seeds followed by 3-4 tsp of mango puree.
- Garnish it with any dry fruit, mint leaves, diced mangoes or any other fruit.
