Embark on a culinary journey with Grilled Sandwich layered with Veggie Chilla, an exquisite dish that seamlessly combines the heartiness of a classic “Grilled Sandwich” with the flavorful nuances of a “Gram Flour and Chopped Veggies Batter Chilla.”

The foundation of this recipe lies in a “Seasoned Besan (Gram Flour) Batter,” artfully combined with an assortment of “finely Chopped Vegetables, including Bell Peppers, Onions, and Tomatoes.” This batter, when cooked to perfection, forms the Base Chillaa versatile, thin pancake that becomes the canvas for an array of delicious ingredients.

This savory pancake or Chilla serves as an ideal layer for Sandwich construction, providing a delightful and satisfying mouthfeel.

The final touch involves grilling the Chilla Sandwich with a generous amount of Butter, ensuring a crispy exterior that complements the soft and savory interior.
