How To Make Super Soft Gooey, Chocolatey and Fudgy Walnut and Chocochip Chocolate Brownie?

A chocolate brownie is a baked chocolate dessert. This is the fudgiest brownie recipe you can ever think of, perfect crisp crackly top, super fudgy center, moist and gooey in all bites. You can add any kind of nuts or chocolate chunks to your brownies or serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream as per your preference.

Try this epic brownie recipe to satisfy the cravings. Crispy flakey on the outside and soft, fudgy, melt in the mouth on the inside.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) (or 130 gms)
3 tsp Cocoa Powder
½ cup Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ tsp Baking Soda
100 gm Butter
¼ cup Dark Chocolate (chopped)
200 ml Condensed Milk
1 tsp vanilla Essence
¼ cup Water
½ cup Walnuts (65 gms)
¼ cup Chocolate Chips

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. To make brownies, prepare the brownie baking tray at first. For this, Grease the brownie baking tray with melted butter using a brush. Grease it to the sides properly. Line it with the parchment paper (or butter paper) and grease it also with melted butter.
  2. Now take butter and dark chocolate (chopped) in a bowl and melt these both together in microwave for about 30 to 40 seconds or you can use the double boiler method to melt these on a gentle heat. Don’t overheat the chocolate.
  3. Put it out of the microwave or remove it from the double boiler (if using double boiling method) once it melts. Make sure the chocolate melts properly. Mix it well. (Double boiling method is explained below)
  4. Take all purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and sieve all these ingredients together in a bowl.
  5. After sieving all the ingredients, mix properly and add the melted butter and chocolate mixture to it.
  6. Now before start mixing it again, add the condensed milk and vanilla extract also to it.
  7. Start mixing all the ingredients until everything combines nicely. You can use the beater to mix it well.
  8. Add half a cup of water to it at this stage and mix it again or beat again for few minutes.
  9. Add walnuts and chocochips to the mixture and mix well.
  10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius for about 20 minutes.
  11. Pour the mixture in baking tray and spread it evenly in the tray.
  12. Tap the tray to adjust the mixture at the corners and to avoid any air pocket if any.
  13. Top it with chocochips and some walnuts and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for about 25 to 30 minutes.
  14. After 30 minutes, put it out of the oven and check if the brownie is perfectly baked or not.
  15. Insert a toothpick or knife in it and if the toothpick comes out neatly; it means our brownie is perfectly baked.

Double Boiler Method:

  • Take water in little amount in a pan. Put it over the flame and bring it over a simmer.
  • Take chopped dark chocolate and butter in a bowl and place the bowl on top of the pan.
  • Let it melt completely. Turn the flame off after it melts and let it cool.
