Baby Corn Jalfrezi Recipe Given Below…
Baby Corn Jalfrezi is a mildly spicy, tangy and slightly sweet dish ready in no time and love by all. Enhance the taste by adding any choice of vegetables or paneer to it.
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS |

5-6 Blanched Baby Corn (cut lengthwise) |
2 Spring Onion Whites (Sliced) |
1 Green Capsicum (Sliced) |
1 Tomato (Sliced) |
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds |
1 tsp Turmeric Powder |
1 tsp Chilli Powder |
1 tsp Coriander Powder |
1/2 tsp Garam Masala |
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup |
3 tsp Tomato Puree |
Vinegar |
Sugar |
Salt to Taste |
METHOD:
- Heat 2 tsp oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and let these splutter.
- Saute spring onion whites on a medium flame for 1 min.
- Add capsicum and saute for 2-3 mins or until soft.
- Now add blanched baby corn and cook for 4-5 mins.
- After baby corns get cooked, add tomato puree, tomato ketchup and tomatoes to it. Stir well.
- Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala and red chilli powder. Mix well and cook it for 1-2 mins on medium flame. Add a little water if needed.
- At the end, add vinegar, salt and sugar. Mix well and serve hot.
