 ¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp chopped Coriander Leaves for garnishing
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice for a tangy twist

Preparing the Vegetables:

  1. Cut the Cauliflower into Florets: Begin by cutting the Cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
  2. Wash Thoroughly: Rinse the florets under running water to remove any dirt or impurities.
  3. Optional Step – Soak in Hot Water: If desired, soak the florets in hot water for 5 – 7 minutes. This helps to clean the Cauliflower thoroughly and soften it slightly. Drain the water after soaking is done.

    • Cook on medium heat until the puree thickens and the Oil begins to separate, ensuring the raw flavor of the Tomatoes is gone.
  5. Add Peas and Grated Cauliflower:
    • Add fresh Green Peas to the gravy masala mixture. Stir well to coat the Peas with the masala.
    • Mix in chopped or grated Cauliflower, ensuring it combines evenly with the Peas and masala.

    • Pour in 1 cup of Water to create a slightly moist texture.
