Food Styling & Photography Ideas:
- PLATING: Served the chickpea in white handi and bhaturas were kept over a white tissue paper. I merged two pics in this shot. The chickpea and bhature pic both are two separate pics. I could have served it on a black plate but I realised white colour is perfectly highlighting the texture and details of food. Adding a colourful ingredient elevates the mood of food picture so I placed a red chilli over the chickpeas.
- BACKDROP: I have used the professional backdrop of white colour.
- LIGHTING: Shot it under artificial light by keeping the light source straight on the top side.
