To prepare this delightful treat, we’ll need Ripe Mangoes (Alphonso or Kesar), Chilled Milk, Vanilla or Mango Ice Cream, Sugar, Nuts (like Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios), and Saffron for garnishing.

While the classic recipe remains a favorite, some variations include adding Fruit Syrups, Chocolate, or experimenting with different toppings to suit personal preferences.

This royal treat has gained popularity across India and beyond, becoming a go-to summer indulgence and a must-have during occasions.

While it is a staple in Pune’s local eateries and juice stalls, Mango Mastani’s popularity has led to its availability in many Indian restaurants worldwide.
