Palak Paneer Crispy Rolls a unique version of palak paneer combination. So crispy and indulgent deep fried snack. Best accompanied with a cup of hot coffee or tea. A blissful snack.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS
10-15 Spinach Leaves
10-15 Paneer Pieces (rectangular shaped)
2 tsp Gram or Chickpea Flour
Salt
Red Chilli Powder
Chaat Masala
Coriander Powder
Roasted Cumin Powder
Black Salt
Oil for Frying

METHOD:

  1. Wash the spinach leaves properly but let them tear. Place the paneer pieces over the leaves. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, roasted cumin powder over it.

2. Wrap the paneer in spinach leaves.

3. Prepare a dipping batter of gram flour and water. Add all the spices to it. Mix well. Dip the palak paneer rolls in the batter.

4. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the palak paneer rolls in it.
