Delicious Rice Kheer Recipe.

Rice Kheer or Rice Pudding is a classic dish and one of the best Indian desserts. This is enjoyed at festive occasions in India. The basic ingredients in this Kheer Recipe are Rice, Milk and Sugar. A lot of people like eating it hot wheres I always prefer eating it when chilled.

When my brother was not fitness freak person and enjoyed eating lots of sweets, he loved to have this rice pudding with Bourbon Biscuits. It was his favourite combination.

Other names for this dessert are Payasam, Payasa, Ksheeram. This Kheer Recipe is without using ghee yet so delicious and simple to make.
