2 Bell Peppers (Any Color)
2-3 Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled)
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 Onion (Chopped)
1 tsp Ginger (Grated)
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
(Adjust to Taste)
Salt to Taste
¼ Black Pepper Powder
¼ Black Salt
1 tsp Dried Mango Powder
(Amchur)
  1. Boil the Potatoes until fork-tender.
  2. Peel and mash the boiled Potatoes coarsely, leaving some texture for a satisfying bite.
  3. Heat Oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds. Let the Cumin Seeds crackle.
  4. Sauté Onions until lightly golden brown.
  5. Add Ginger, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, and Dried Mango Powder (Amchur).
  6. Cook the spices for a minute. Splash a little bit of Water if needed.
  7. Combine the mashed potatoes with the spice-infused Onion mixture.
  8. Ensure an even distribution of flavors.
  1. Cut the tops off the Bell Peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
  2. Generously stuff each Bell Pepper with the prepared Potato mixture, pressing it down gently.
  1. Lightly brush the stuffed Bell Peppers with Oil from outside.
  2. Place the stuffed Bell Peppers in a pan or in the oven.
  3. Cook until the Peppers are tender but still hold their shape, and the filling is golden.
