2 Bell Peppers (Any Color) |
2-3 Potatoes (Boiled & Peeled) |
2 tsp Oil |
1 tsp Cumin Seeds |
1 Onion (Chopped) |
1 tsp Ginger (Grated) |
1 tsp Coriander Powder |
1 tsp Turmeric Powder |
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder (Adjust to Taste) |
Salt to Taste |
¼ Black Pepper Powder |
¼ Black Salt |
1 tsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchur) |
STEP-BY-STEP RECIPE GUIDE
1. Prepare the Potatoes Mixture
- Boil the Potatoes until fork-tender.
- Peel and mash the boiled Potatoes coarsely, leaving some texture for a satisfying bite.
- Heat Oil in a pan and add Cumin Seeds. Let the Cumin Seeds crackle.
- Sauté Onions until lightly golden brown.
- Add Ginger, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, and Dried Mango Powder (Amchur).
- Cook the spices for a minute. Splash a little bit of Water if needed.
- Combine the mashed potatoes with the spice-infused Onion mixture.
- Ensure an even distribution of flavors.
2. Prepare the Bell Peppers
- Cut the tops off the Bell Peppers and remove seeds and membranes.
- Generously stuff each Bell Pepper with the prepared Potato mixture, pressing it down gently.
